The STEM Story Time series, created by the Library of KV2 Kasaragod, introduces students to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through engaging and educational stories. This innovative initiative makes STEM concepts fun and accessible, sparking curiosity and creative thinking in young mind.
Students are creating engaging podcasts based on their self-made comics and school newspaper content. These podcasts highlight important days, celebrations, and current events. By combining storytelling, news reading, and creativity, students develop communication skills while sharing knowledge and promoting awareness of cultural, educational, and social themes with their peers.
A newspaper clipping service is a specialized service that collects, monitors, and delivers articles, news items, or features from newspapers and other print or digital publications based on specific topics, keywords, or clients’ needs. It helps individuals, businesses, and organizations track media coverage, stay updated on relevant issues, and maintain archives for research or record-keeping purposes.
The Weekly Explorer is our library’s engaging newsletter that informs and inspires the school community. It features book recommendations, student reviews, quizzes, and puzzles to make learning interactive and fun. Career guidance resources and updates on library activities are also shared to support student growth and future planning. With its vibrant design and rich content, the Weekly Explorer reflects the library’s role as a hub of knowledge, culture, and career readiness.
Our School Library has subscribed to the British Council Online Library, providing access to thousands of e-books, audiobooks, academic resources, and learning tools from anywhere. This subscription opens global learning opportunities for students and teachers. We have also subscribed to DELNET's DEL-DRES (Discovery Portal), a powerful platform to access millions of bibliographic records, e-books, and research materials from member libraries across India and abroad.
